The Taft siblings strike deeper into the dark woods of the holler in search of their missing Pa. Dark truths are unearthed and the family roots are untangled as they speak to Jinny, the wise witch, and follow the strange tracks to the bog. But some secrets are too much to bear, and the siblings may wish they'd let the past die there amidst the trees. What horrors await them in the bog? What really happened to Sadie, their Pa's first wife? And will they ultimately find their answers all too late?
